Audit current batches at soap decks to identify soap types.
Check inventory to identify opportunities to add recycled soap to current production run.
Inspect recycled soap for contamination.
Compare soap to ID label to verify integrity of identification.
Safely operate and maintain grind equipment.
Maintain quality of reground soap including routine screen cleaning.
Check safety equipment and immediately report unsafe conditions.
Perform system purges to avoid cross-contamination.
Maintain housekeeping and organization of regrind/ recycle area.
Properly identify unused recycled soap and place in inventory.
Perform tasks safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
